ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to examine the modern office equipments and their contributions to the success of a business organization a case study of NNPC depot in Enugu state. Specifically, the study examined what office equipment is all about, identify the contributions of modern office equipment on the success of business organization, examine the training needed for the operation of these office equipments, identify how to maintain them in the office, discover the problems associated with the use of these equipment. The study employed the survey descriptive research design. A total of 80 responses were validated from the survey. From the responses obtained and analysed, the findings revealed that Office Equipment means all computer hardware,Office Equipment means all personal and laptop computers, Office Equipment means all furniture and office equipment, Computer systems and software owned by the Seller, modern office equipment actually have any contribution on the success of business organization, The operation of these modern equipment need any training program, These modern office equipment require proper maintenance, There any problem associated with the use of these modern equipment,The study recommend Organizations should train their employee in other for them to know how to use and manage modern office equipment in other to contribute to the success of the organization, In other for an organization to succeed , there must be availability of modern office equipment in other for employee to be productive, There should be a separate team for the management of modern office equipment.
